One night, Wendy Darling (Joanne Wilson) is attacked by a person unknown, and it's up to Peter Pan (Kenny Yates) to save her. However, he experiences a concussion during his saving her and can't remember who attacked her later, and neither can she. However, Wendy's dad (Dan Wehncke) is rich, so he hires ex-cop Smee (Derik Wingo) to find the assailant, and Smee in turn hires hypnotherapist James (Kipp Tribble) to hypnotize Peter to jog his memory. Now Peter runs a facility to help men shake their addiction called the Treehouse, and as fate has it Wendy's brother Michael (Liam Nelligan) is one of his patients. whom he likes to call his "Lost Boys", and he's helped by one Tinker Bell (Elisa Nixon). And sure, Peter's methods might be unorthodox, but by and large people trust him. Now when James starts to put Peter under, nothing much is revealed, but eventually a gnawing suspicion surfaces in James that Peter has actually been responsible for the car accident that took his fire (Deirdre Wall) and lost him his right hand. Thing is, there's nothing to substantiate the suspiciion, and Smee starts to worry about his partner in crime grossly overshooting what they've set out to do. And then they meet Peter's mother, who just happens to be the splitting image of Tinker Bell (and is thus also played by Elisa Nixon), a conversation that sheds a whole other light on Peter, especially when it comes to his ties with Wendy Darling ...

Óne can't but admire the boldness of this film, this is pretty much Peter Pan re-imagined as a present day murder mystery with even a surreal spin to it - and the fact tht the concept actually works sure deseerves extra points. And the reason for it to work is thanks to a clever script that doesn't go out of its way to serve its source material but banks on an original story settled somewhere between whodunnit and straight out horror, and a solid cast and slick directorial effort only heelp make this one cool genre ride.
