Gepetta (Monica Gayle) has been a virgin for way too long, so she
builds herself a life-size man out of wood - but heck, it's just not the
same. But while she's asleep, the Fairy Godmother (Dyanne Thorne) turns
him into an actual man (Alex Roman) named Pinocchio, just to satisfy
Gepetta. But before he can even get to Gepetta, Pinocchio is led astray by
pimp Jojo (Eduardo Ranez) and brothel Madam Mabella (Karen Smith), who
first use him as their prime stud because of his ... well, wood. But in a
way, Pinocchio is cursed, because everytime he's sexually aroused, he
grows ... down there. So after time, he has an enormous penis, and now
Jojo and Mabella want to exploit him and his big thingie as a sexual
freak. All of this is of course much to the dismay of the Fairy Godmother
whose intentions were pure. It all culminates in a sexual/religious orgy
before Pinocchio sees he's been led astray and he runs away - and arrives
just in time to witness three thugs trying to rape Gepetta, whom he beats
to a pulp with his giant penis. Then the Fairy Godmother makes him an
actual man (rather than a creature made of wood - pun intended), and he
and Gepetta can have ... fairly normal sex I suppose. Now the
plot of this movie sounds suitably wild, and despite this, it does capture
the idea of its source material and just heightens it in a sexual way (not
always the case with erotic spoofs of fairy tales and children stories).
That said though, The Erotic Adventures of Pinocchio is simply not
a very good film, despite its wild, penis-centred plot the sex scenes as
such hardly ever goes beyond (or below?) topless nudity, at times to a
point where it seems the film is actually embarrassed to even touch the
"penis-issue" - which is, let's face it, its central plot point.
Plus, the film is rather boringly and at times even clumsily filmed, and
its humour does never really come across as funny. Sure, fans of erotic
nostalgia will probably find at least something in this film, and at least
the girls are all really pretty, but it hardly has the stuff to eventually
become a cult item ...
