Mati is caught by a gang of hooligans when making out with her boyfriend, who tie him up and
beat him up before raping her. That experience leaves her impregnated, but
she loses her baby, and later she takes her own life - but she comes back, as
an avenging seductress, and one after the other she takes the lives of her
tormentors. Her rapists pretty soon know what they are up against, and
they enlist the help of a gay shaman (gay because this way he's immune to
Mati's seductive charms) to get rid of her, but to no avail, ultimately
the shaman too has to leave his life, as all the villains do. In the end,
Mati even goes after her boyfriend, whom she accuses of not having saved
her (in all honesty, he couldn't have, being tied up and beaten to a
pulp), but then another shaman interferes and convinces her that her
revenge is fulfilled and her boyfriend never was part of the crime, and
she simply disappears. Simplistic ghost story of the
rape-and-revenge variety, this is a film you might just hate - or somehow
love for its flying heads and hands and crude gore effects. However, there
are far better bad Indonesian trash horror movies out there.
