As the title suggests, Ilsa (Dyanne Thorne) is a haremkeeper this time around,
the harem of esepcially sinister & sleazy El Sharif (Victor Alexander), who
relishes in abducting girls from the West (Uschi Digard, Haji, Sharon Kelley)
& making them his submissive slaves - with help from the able Ilsa of
course. & he also relishes in taking the white out of the eye of his
businesspartners who are just crazy for the Arab oil he has so much of.
But one of these businesspartners, Kaiser (Richard Kennedy) has gone one
step further, & he brings a secret service agent with him, Adam Scott
(Michael R.Thayer). Unfortunately though, El Sharif & Ilsa have long been
informed of his identity & are on the guard. But Scott is such a he-man
that he has no troubles seducing the otherwise rather dominant Ilsa &
forcing her into sexual submissiveness.
So, when Kaiser leaves, Ilsa asks Scott to stay, & even when El Sharif
ordersw her to kill her lover, she does not comply, forcing El Sharif to chain
up Scott himself & punish Ilsa for it when having her raped by a leper ...
but now Ilsa is really miffed, & with her personal guards, the topless
lesbians Velvet & Satin (Marilyn Joi, Tanya Boyd), the harem guards &
even the harem women, she starts a palace revolt, & soon has her former
master tied to a bed before her ... & as the ultimate revenge he lets him
have sex with his favourite wife Katsina (Su Ling) once more ... but not long
ago, El Sharif himself has implanted a bomb in her vagina that is triggered by
heavy shagging ... & of course it eventually blows up ...
A new ruler for El Sharif's empire is soon found as El Sharif has kept his
nephew (Bobby Woods), the rightful heir to the throne, in a cage like an animal
anyhow, & now the boy (aged about 10) becomes the new sheik.
& Ilsa ? She is thrown into the boy's now vacant cage to slowly rot away
for all the evil she has done ...
This second of the Ilsa films (no narrative connection is made to the first
one) does start off like an enjoyable if insignificant sexploitation romp, that
at times is so comic-book like it's almost hilarious. However - like in the
first one (Ilsa, She Wolf of the SS)
- once the he-man who simply shags Ilsa into submission enters the scene, the
movie immediately loses momentum as the macho attitude of the hero just doesn't
sit too well with the tone of the movie, the logic of the narrative becomes
more than doubtful, & the Ilsa-character as such is pretty much turned
upside down - suddenly, it seems, "... there's nothing wrong with a woman
that a good shag can't fix !"
