In the 1990s, a killer only known as Jacker (Phil Herman) roamed the streets, killing pretty much everybody he met at the roadside. He never got caught, he just stopped his evildoing from one day to the next. But now he's back, and he's even more brutal than before - but what triggered him= It might be the fact that Gloria (Debbie D), the one girl who survived his brutal attack and who claims to have been his girlfriend back when, ks releasing a tell-all book about her experiences with Jacker and is curently making the talkshow and podcast rounds. She also appears on Chris's (Christopher Kahler) show ... and Chris is just not sure if he buys her whole story. But then again, Chris is also a man, and he soon enough falls for her female charms, even if he's not a fan of her at times insane outbursts, Enter Dennis ( Kevin Duff), a journalist hell-bent on exposing Gloria as a fraud, and he manages to win over Chris to his side. That said, by focusing on Gloria, the two seem to have forgotten that Jacker is still out there, and he has indeed set his sights on Gloria - and all those associated with her ...
