It's three years since Peter (Aaron Thompson) has lost his wife Mara
(Joanna Angel), and there hasn't been a day, heck not an hour he spent not
thinking of her since - but only now has he decided to open up to an
psychiatrist (Ruben Pla). Thing is, even if Peter these days can't come
over his grief, their marriage wasn't exactly all roses anymore, as Mara
was self-medicating and an emotional wreck, convinced that Peter was
cheating on her - and after she forced him into confessing under the
shower (even if that confession might not have been wholly honest) and an
awkward blowjob, she killed herself, leaving Peter with the guilt
burdening his mind. But the final blow would come only now, three years
later ... A dark drama, stripped to its bones, and (apart from
the framing narrative) played out entirely between two naked people under
the shower - and it works out brilliantly thanks to clever writing,
impressive performances and a fittingly disturbing camerawork that often
comes uncomfortably close to the film's actors, giving one a suitably odd
feeling while watching the story unfold. Totally worth its 10 minutes of
running time (and more). And if this has gotten you at all
