One of these casting shows, where only the worst talents show what
they have got, the duo Ice & Spice (Darian Caine & A.J.Khan) do a
moronic dance rotine, Anni Cockadoodledo (C.J:DiMarsico) undresses right away
to get some attention, Emily (Misty Mundae) can't sing worth shit but is still
trying, Vanilla Killa (Bud White) has to be the worst rapper ever, rock bitch
Allanah Way's (Julian Wells) singing is only matched by her outrageous mid-80's
Aerobic outfit, & then there's of course Kimbo the gorilla. But what they
can't achieve in performing, some of them try to achieve with other kinds of
... performing, as Vanilla Killa soon seduces very reserved judge Eunice
Willnotbe (Julian Wells again) - or is it the other way round - while Emily
uses her charms on judge AMria Snart (Anoushka - "I can't sing, I can't
dance, so I had to be a judge."), who is so impressed by Emily's
lovemaking that she tries to seduce the celebrity judge Glitter Bolan (John
P.Fedele), a rock'n'roll hasbeen, for her. On the next day, only 6
contestants are left competing, Vanilla Killa, Emily, Allanah Way, the weird
Luke Spinelli (played by the incomparable John Link), the improbable mayor
(Peter Quarry), & of course Kimbo, & their performances haven't
improved one bit, so to little wonder it all culminates in a big brawl, not
made any better by the fact that Ice & Spice ahve decided to kill the
contestants to get back in, until the very improbable burnt girl (Julian Wells
yet again), who spent her time sitting on the side, sings a heartwarming song,
turning the brawl into lesbian lovemaking. John P.Fedele also appears as host
alongside Duane Polcou. When in the early to mid-2000's tv-casting
shows were the talk of the town for a few minutes, flooding the world with
singers who can't sing & dancers who can't dance, Seduction Cinema was
quick to spoof the format (after ahving already spoofed similarly stupid tv
formats like reality-adventure-soaps [Erotic Survivor, Erotic
Survivor 2] & quiz shows [Who wants to be an Erotic Billionaire]).
& once again,t eh result is surprisingly funny, with some performances to
insane they seem to be from a real casting show (best of all Julian Wells'
singing in Arobic outfit & A.J.Khan's & Darian Caine's moronic dance
routine) while the judges deliver the stupidest lines with utmost sincerity. Ah
yes, & then there's nudity as well - but as often with Seduction's
better spoofs (& in contrast to many other erotic comedies) the sex only
takes backseat here, proving that there are still people in America who can do
comedy ... & none of them is Jim Carrey or Adam Sandler.
