Undercover cop in a shoolgirl outfit Saki (Yuki Saito) is transferred
to a new school to investigate a shoplifting ring, which was possibly also
responsible for the murder of a teacher who stood up against the ring. At
the new school, Saki is bullied from day one and forced into shoplifting -
and when she refuses, she is brutally beaten up. However, Saki has set her
eyes on a co-ed, Yuuki, who seems to be the prime target of the bullies
and who has become a shoplifter for them to avoid punishment - plus, she
is the daughter of the teacher who opposed the gang. Saki persuades Yuuki
to say no to her tormentors ... and soon, the gang is about to drown both
Yuuki and her mother - when Saki interferes, gives the whole gang a good
beating, armed only with a yo-yo and a motorbike, and teaches its leader a
lesson or two about bullying. Saki's attempts to
single-handedly root out bullying, coupled with her stilted monologues,
are so corny they make one cringe - and that's exactly what's so brilliant
about this episode, it's high camp blended with slightly silly action
scenes, and Yuki saito spending quite a lot of time in her biker outfit.
Sure, this doesn't make it art or even great TV, just fun to watch.
