Small-fry crook Brian (Oliver Park) and his birdbrained sidekick Colin
(Guy DuSade) have somehow managed to fuck up a simple job for their
employer, resolute Ms Thorne (Lois Harbinson) but royally and lose quite a
bundle of her money, and now she forces them to whatever way return the
money within two days, at her brother's funeral the latest. Now Brian, not
exactly the brightest himself, has a glorious idea: Why not just rob the
money from somewhere? To make mattters worse, he leaves much of their
raids' organisation to Colin ... and eventually, he ends up in locked
inside a coffin alive, wearing a bad wig and a fake mustache - and from
here on, it only goes downhill ... Now here's a fun little
short, a very unpretentious little comedy that populates its intentionally
silly little story with strong and likeable characters, features plenty of
original plottwists and is rounded out by a very subtle yet atmospheric
directorial effort. Plus, at 15 minutes in length it's just short enough
to keep things going at a steady pace and never let its humour wear thin. As
mentioned above: Fun!
