So Jonathan (Bill Sorvino), a financial advisor, falls in love with
Jenna (Tracey Birdsall), a lawyer by trade ... but she just happens to
look like his friend Andy's (Joseph D'Onofrio) favourite pornstar (and
it's not Ginger Lynn - who has a cameo as herself in the movie - but one
can probably guess who even the title's alluding to). Now Jonathan is not
too happy about that resemblance, but he has second thoughts when his boss
(Gary Pastore) tells him to get rid of one of their top clients, Kevin
Steele (Michael Tota), just because he's a pornstar, while entertaining
links to quite obvious mobsters. Plus, he wants Jonathan's top assistant
fired, just because he's black and gay. Now Jonathan is so fired up to
fire back ... but his boss is also the brother in law of Jenna, and going
against him without a case that would survive in court would quite
obviously ruin everythig ... Now Who's Jenna...? is
quite possibly the most family friendly pro-porn (and as a consequence pro
freedom of speech) movie ever made, despite its many porn allusions there
are no sleazy bits in this one, and the narrative framework of the movie
is really cute above all else - and that's also one of the reasons the
film's really likeable, it doesn't resort to sensationalism to hammer home
its point yet is carried by a strong enough story, a fun cast of
characters, and a competent ensemble cast to result in a very entertaining
movie!
