One main plot concerns a man who has been turned into a particularly odd monster that wears penis-shaped balloons over his crotch and is somehow given the objects to kill his victims with by his shaman. Another plotline is about a very square guy who delivers quite a bit of ingenuity when it comes to killing monsters.
