And then suddenly he's frozen in time and the devil in guise of a wolf (Apollo, voiced by Jesse Inocalla) appears on the scene who knows the whole story: That Hannah's brother's wife only had to marry him because he impregnated her beforehands, and that she's actually in love with Hannah (and vice versa), back when same sex love was still a cardinal sin - but he also offers a way out ...<p> <p>A story of the folk tale variety, this is just a beautifully shot movie that's brought to life by its performances just as much as by the impressive production design and landscapes and beautiful camerawork.
