Having gotten tired of constantly fighting over money over the
telephone with her son (Alessandro Fornari), a woman (Cachito Noguera)
decides to calm her nerves by doing a jigsaw puzzle, her favourite pastime
as it is. But this time around, the puzzle just won't fall together, the
pieces just won't fit, instead of calming her down, it only excites and
upsets the woman more and more. Then the power cuts out and won't come
back on again, the woman hears footsteps outside, and when she returns to
her puzzle, she finds it finished, showing something completely unexpected
and completely unsettling ...

a story level, this film might not make a lot of sense, especially on
closer inspection - but that's totally irrelevant, too. Basically, this 5
minute short is an exercise in atmospheric filmmaking, with the narrative
serving as a tool to create a mood of unease - and it works, too, the film
is creepy as can be, and deliciously so, and it manages to keep up its
tension from the first to last minute, and the unexpected and unlikely
twists and turns the story takes only serve that purpose. And
