Your upcoming film Axemen at Cutter's Creek 3: Absolution - in a few words, what's it going to be about, and what can you tell us about your character in it?

Axemen at Cutter’s Creek 3: Absolution is a classic 80s slasher horror movie that keeps the suspense and thrills high. I play Nadine, a character who’s more than just a “final girl” and a girl-next-door type. She’s got a little sass, a sultry side that I’m thrilled to explore, and she brings a whole new dimension to the genre. She’s not just surviving; she’s thriving in her own way, and I can’t wait for fans to see her evolve throughout the film.

What will you draw upon to bring your character to life, and how much Brittney Kade can we find in Nadine?

Nadine reminds me a lot of my younger self before I ever got into acting—kind of like a backwards version of me. She’s a little more clumsy, which plays into a typical “blonde bimbo” final girl type, which I’m really excited to portray. I’ve always been a huge fan of Carmen Electra and those characters, and I’ll be drawing inspiration from those types of roles as I bring Nadine to life.

How did you get involved with the project in the first place, what drew you to it?

Once I read the script for Axemen at Cutter’s Creek 3: Absolution, I knew I had to be a part of it. The story really spoke to me, and the role of Nadine felt like a perfect fit. I’ve been a huge fan of horror films for years, and this was a great opportunity for me to bring something new to my career while paying homage to classic slasher films.

With Axemen at Cutter's Creek 3: Absolution being a slasher movie, is that a genre at all dear to you, and to what extent could you identify with the film's approach to the genre?

Horror has always been one of my favorite genres, and Axemen at Cutter’s Creek 3: Absolution is no exception. It’s got that suspenseful, edge-of-your-seat vibe that I love, and it’s such a milestone for me. I’m beyond excited to be a part of something that brings that classic 80s slasher energy back to life while giving it a fresh twist.

What can you tell us about Axemen at Cutter's Creek 3: Absolution's director Joston Theney [Joston Theney interview - click here], and what has your collaboration been like so far?

Joston has been an amazing director to work with—super professional, respectful, and enthusiastic about the project. From the first conversation, I knew we were on the same page about how to bring this story to life. I’ve heard great things about him from my friend Farrah Abraham [Farrah Abraham interview - click here] who starred Axeman at Cutter’s Creek 2.

As Axemen at Cutter's Creek 3: Absolution is currently running a fundraiser, anything you want to say to support the campaign?

There are so many exciting opportunities for everyone to contribute! The Brittney Kade package, for example, gives fans the chance to be my date to the movie wrap party. Plus, there are awesome ways to get product placement and support the campaign in other ways. It’s a great opportunity to be part of something special!

Any future projects you'd like to share?

I’m working on a few exciting new roles that are going to be big and mainstream—things I’ve never done before, and I can’t wait to share more soon. Stay tuned!

What got you into acting in the first place, and did you receive any formal training on the subject?

Acting has always been a part of my destiny. I’ve been in front of the camera since I was a teenager and signed to talent-management companies since I was 16. It’s something I’ve always felt drawn to, and I’ve been honing my craft ever since.

What can you tell us about your filmwork prior to Axemen at Cutter's Creek 3: Absolution?

Before this, I’ve been involved in a number of projects, mostly in adult film, where I’ve received multiple awards. While the scenes were typically shorter, the time spent rehearsing, on set, and getting into character has all been invaluable in shaping me into the actress I am today. It’s all about dedication and putting in the blood, sweat, and tears to bring the character to life.

How would you describe yourself as an actress, and some of your techniques to bring your characters to life?

I like to disassociate from myself a bit when I’m on set. I allow myself to become a vessel for whatever energy wants to express itself, and I do a lot of exercises to help get into character. It’s about fully immersing myself in the role and making sure the audience feels that authenticity.

I’ve always been inspired by actresses like Emma Roberts, Jessica Lange, and Angelina Jolie. Carmen Electra’s role in Scary Movie was a huge influence on me as well. These actresses have portrayed complex and emotional characters that have stayed with me, and I draw a lot of inspiration from their performances.

Your favourite movies?

Some of my all-time favorites are The Wizard of Oz, Gia and Maxine. I love films that feature complex female characters, especially those who are emotional, strong, and complicated. These stories have shaped me as both an actress and a person.

... and of course, films you really deplore?

I’m not a huge fan of superhero movies, but I never say never. I’ve always loved fantasy and fantasy horror, so I’ll leave the door open for anything!

Anything else you're dying to mention and I have merely forgotten to ask?

I just want to say how incredibly excited I am to be a part of Axemen at Cutter’s Creek 3: Absolution. This is such a huge milestone in my career, and I can’t wait for fans to experience the film. It’s going to be a wild ride, and I’m so proud to be part of it!
