Tom Sizemore is given a choice, go to jail for the next 30 years, or
become a counselor at Barbee Rehab - and he wisely chooses prison, as
things are going ever wackier at rehab: There's Cop Ken (Derek S. Orr) who
tries to sanction even the smallest infraction, to the point where nobody
takes him seriously anymore, least of all Dr. Midge (Vanessa Bednar) - so
he quits his job ... and almost immediately starts having sex with almost
all the Barbees at the institute. There's Dr. Midge, who after losing Cop
Ken also loses control over the place, and maybe worse, over herself.
There are the new neighbours (Bad Azz, Dominique Pereira) who swear they
smell marihuana around the premises - and want part of it. And there's an
alien (Bai Ling), who has only just materialized on earth, and already
gets addicted to Barbees ... A somewhat non-sensical but
nevertheless pretty hilarious sequence of gags on a common topic, played
out by an intentionally over-the-top cast in front of intentionally camp
backgrounds, held together by a solid performance by Tom Sizemore, who has
obvious fun playing a washed out version of himself.
