Seven kids party at a cabin somewhere in the woods, but then one of them, Billy (Tim Jesiolowski) is killed, even though everyone thought it was an accident ...

5 years later: The gang of kids has since disbanded, but when each of them - certified asshole Calvin (Dave Foster), his girlfriend Elise (Nancy Soulliard), country bumpkin Em (Melissa Rhads), goth girl Angel (Kathryn Merry), garage worker Jesse (erik Soulliard) and mild-mannered hunk Coop (Brian Jesiolowski) - sees the ghost of Billy, they come together again and after some discussion come to the conclusion that the only way to put Billy's soul to rest is to return to the cabin and ... well, and do whatever's necessary, after all, there are no fixed rules in how to put a soul to rest, are there?

Once at the cabin though, conflicts arise within the gang, somehow the kids are seperated, and before you know it, Elise and Em are killed, and Calvin is dragged off to God-knows-where. The surviving three are at the mercy of the ghost, though they are starting to have doubts that is was really the ghost of Billy who's killing them one-by-one ... when they are aqttacked by a car that runs over Coop and Jesse while Angel is dragged into it ...

At first, this film starts out as nothing more than a competently made slasher with perhaps more interesting characters than usual ... however, in the second half of the film, the whole plot is turned onto its head repeatedly, and thanks to its many unusual plot-ideas, it turns out to be quite a refreshing and totally watchable horror flick, lifted well above its ultra low budget roots thanks to a competent directorial and technical effort and an interesting cast.
