A serial killer is roaming the neighbourhood, with prostitutes being
his victims of choice ... When a young prostitute (Idalmis Del Risco) is
attacked on the street by a trio of thugs, a young man (Luis Enrique
Roldán), an obvious Jesus-freak, intervenes ... but is almost
killed himself. Somehow though, the man and the prostitute make it out
alive and hide out in his appartment, which is pretty much littered with
religious paraphernalia, including a life-like, life-size Jesus-statue
(Walter Cruz). The prostitute wants to show her gratitude - but it takes
her quite a while to seduce the innocent Christian guy she's with.
Ultimately she succeeds though - unfortunately, as the innocent young
man is actually the serial killer who kills those who has sex with as
redemption for his sins ... A short film like a short story,
focused on its main narrative thread without many aberrations, yet
delivering enough twists and turns to keep one interested, culminating in
a surprise ending - one that might have been a bit more predictable than intended,
but it still packs a punch. Pretty good, actually. Oh and by the way,
the sex in this film does not appear to be simulated ...
