Somewhere along the frontline in Europe during Christmas 1944: Even though the enemy parties have agreed on a ceasefire over the holidays, neither side trusts the other, so privates Kincaid (Motti Ken) and Burke (Daniel Griesheimer) are out on patrol that night. And the cries they hear from the other side of the frontline don't especially calm them down. They are not cries of an animal, but don't sound exactly human either.  So what could they be, and should they be worried? To put it bluntly, of course they should ...

Now this is fun for sure, a horror miniature that uses many of the aesthetics and tropes of war movies but with a horror creature attached (and a pretty impressive and nightmare-inducing one at that). And a genre savvy directorial effort that's heavy on atmosphere, and a competent cast help make this work, so the result is a pretty enjoyable 12 minute genre piece.
