Sophie (Marlene Fahnster) has developed a highly complex AI she calls Alan (Richard Lingscheidt) - which is of course quite a feat in itself, but to impress her employers,, Alan has to pass the Turing Test, meaning hold a conversation with a human withuot giving himself away as AI. But as uch as Sophie tries to teach Alan to be more human, the more he's aware that he's nothing but AI - and at the same time goes off script in many other ways during their conversation, driving Sophie to despair - and suggesting things are not quite the way they seem ...

A very nice science fiction miniature that goes the route of a in the best way possible old-fashioned short story, meaning it's carried by a narrative that's poignant enough in itself to keep the audience engaged but that's eventually put on its head by a surprise twist shedding a whole new light on things. This, coupled with the fittingly ice-cold, seemingly synthetic directorial effort and solid performances by all involved make this a really worthwhile 6 and a half minute watch.
