Jay (Scott Dunn) is just your regular guy who has picked up the talent
of astral travelling rather by accident - and he's none to happy about it.
Jackson (Sean McBride) is Jay's nephew who's unable to get a job and thus
lives at Jay's place, just because Jay's too much of a softie to kick him
out. Maeve (Marisa Hood) is Jackson's ex who thinks she's a vampire, and
for years she has worked at a blood bank to feed on the blood supplies,
but she has been kicked out recently. Darth (David Gallegos) is the
delivery guy who has since supplied Maeve with blood from the blood bank,
but when he one day failed to deliver, she instead fed on him ...
And here's where the story comes full circle, because now Darth is
dead, and his ghost appears to Jay asking him to astral-time travel back
to save him from being killed - and the only way Jay knows how to is to
play on Jackson's feelings for Maeve, trigger his jealousy and thus send
him after Darth ... but that only makes things worse - much worse ...
One of these low-to-no budget wonders that only proves how
much you can get out of rather little if only you've got the right story -
in this case a highly original paranormal time travel tale that even if it
might little sense if you can't suspend your disbelief comes across as
really thought through for those who can. And on top of that, one can
really feel the fascination of the cast and crew for the project to really
give it their all, which results in a highly entertaining little film
that's seated firmly between horror and comedy and is above all a fun
ride!
