It starts with what looks like the aftermath of a wild party, when Ana
(Gianna-Marie) is woken up by some thumping coming from her father's panic
room - and once she investigates, she finds a tied up young woman (Corrie
Fleming) inside. Once the woman is untied, she tells Ana that bad men are
coming, and indeed, soon thereafter, a trio of masked psychos (S. Joe
Downing, Katelyn Anderson, Ayuba Audu) enter the house with the intent of
capturing and torturing the women, and should that not work out, shooting
them on sight. And indeed, Ana soon is shot in the head and dies - but the
young woman has some healing powers that have to do with the tattoo she
and Ana share, and revives Ana. And to her own surprise, Ana puts up a
valiant fight from there on. But this is more than just a home invasion,
much more ... Basically this short is good, action-packed fun.
Now sure, we never find out what's actually going on as the film spends
remarkably little time with explanations, but makes good use of its
running time to fill it with a shitload of well choreographed and shot
action sequences, and is filled with tension and suspense in all the right
places. Pretty awesome entertainment, actually.
