Of late, beautiful women - mostly models, actresses, fitness
instructors - have been disappearing all over town, and the police have
found out about a "serial school", where wannabe serial killers
are trained in the art of torture, dismemberment and killing. So
policewoman Cindy (Ree James Merrill) is put on the case undercover, and
soon enough, the people running the school have swallowed the bait and
kidnap her. Things go bad for Cindy though when she realizes going
undercover in this instance means being tortured, probably killed for
real, and there's no plan to rescue her ... Now I really like
the premise of the serial school - but unfortunately, only very little has
been made of it, as the script is lazy and unstructured and the direction
lacks impact. But what really breaks the film is that it totally fails on
a technical level: The sound is often inaudible and not at all levelled,
and the camerawork - it's just awfully wonky, out of focus half the time,
and often just drifting off the main goings-on to show random objects. And
I'm sorry to say, the camerawork is so bad it really takes you out of the
movie.
