Takhul (Joginder Shelly) is a bad guy, as bad as they come, he is a
rapist, womanizer, virgin-deflowerer, and serialkiller. He also calls
himself a demon, and claims even the gods fear him. 20 years ago, he has
killed three girl, deliberately run them over in his car - but they were
witches, and thanks to some (real) demon, they now come back to ... have
sex with Takhul, to ultimately conceive a child with Takhul that will be
his undoing. Two of the girls try to seduce him and fail, but the third
one (Poonam Das Gupta) succeeds by proving ehrself the perfect submissive,
and within thirty days, she gives birth to a child - or rather a
child-sized demon that soon enough roams the neighbourhood killing
whomever he meets, drinking his victims' blood and eating them to the
bones. He shows a special appetite for Takhul's sons, whom his estranged
wife sends to him one by one to look after him. The local police is
baffled by this series of extremely gruesome murders, and only Takhul's
guru Tantrik knows how to fight the demon child and the witches in league
with him. Ultimately, Takhul and Tantrik manage to put an end to the
demonic goings-on ... though it beats my how Takhul has become a good guy
all of a sudden. Now this is one bad film from beginning to
end: The story makes not all that much sense and becomes repetitive way
too soon, the main monsters (the demon and the demon child) are pathetic
plastic puppets without the ability to move, the special effects are
ridiculous - a mixture sloppily superimposed sci-fi effects and madness
back-projected on a carelessly hung up black screen -, and the whole thing
is completely suspense- and tension-free. All of this gives this film a certain
so-bad-it's-good quality, but trust me, you have seen way better bad
movies, because as bad movies go, this is a bit of a waste of time.
