The World Aquanaut Security Patrol and the Navy cooperate in testing a
new, Navy-developed underwater missile that can hit even the World
Aquanaut Security Patrol's supersub Stingray - much to the dismay of
Stingray's captain Troy Tempest, who is not only miffed because this seems
to prove the Navy's superiority but also because Jordan, the cocky
Navy-man in charge of the missile tests, seems to have caught the fancy of
Atlanta, one of Tempest's love interests.
However, evil underwater king Titan has learned about the missile and
its capability to destroy Stingray, and for the last test, he sends some
of his soldiers over to take Jordan hostage and charge the missile that#s
supposed to hit Stingray. However, this time around Stingray outruns the
missile, and Tempest, noticing the missile was charged, turns on Jordan's
Navy sub, causing Titan's soldiers to make a swift escape.
Now you would thing that would put cocky Jordan in his place, but no
such thing, at the next social occasion he starts to brag again, until
Tempest throws him out. Atlanta is in tears, but admits if Tempest
wouldn't have thrown out Jordan, she would have done the very same thing
...
Very mediocre plot, and as usual, the emotional implications of the
story are totally lost on the puppets. Add to that a relative lack of
action (Stingray's forte) and you know pretty much what you
have to expect ...
