Wearing Mexican wrestler masks, El Apache (Tino Zamora), Manny (Manuel
Ramirez) and Guero (Art Paul) rob a bank - and on the plus side they get
away with a lot of money ... but on the downside, Guero got hit, and their
car breaks down on their escape route beyond repair. So the two others
kill Guero as they can't very well drag him with them, burn the car, and
make their way onwards on foot, walking the countryside on the lookout for
a car (to steal) that can get them to Mexico - when they stumble upon a
pig farm owned by Starletta (Sparkle Soojian) and Violet (Nikki Curtis
Jones), two very beautiful women who pretty much urge them to pay them
company. Of course, El Apache and Manny cannot withstand female beauty,
realizing only much too late that these ladies might have a darker agenda
as well ... A cool mix of crime flick and horror told like an
in the best sense of the word old-fashioned short story where storytelling
rules over spectacle, and a macabre surprise twist is only the icing of
the cake. Also the whole thing moves fast enough and is filled with witty
dialogue and even situational humour to entertain one throughout, and
graced with solid performances, all of which makes this a fine piece of
genre entertainment.
