A serialkiller (Dakota Ray) who believes himself to be God dies from a
drug overdose, but somebody splashes some blood on his grave, which makes
him come back to life as the Antichrist, and now he's viler than ever.
Crystal (Meg Lacie Brown) escapes from a drug rehab center, and she
immediately calls dealer Chris (Nick Benning), even though she knows he
demands sexual favours in exchange for drugs. Chris's stuff doesn't do it
for her, but he hooks her up with a "porn director" (Damien
Rimmon) - failing to tell her of course that he actually makes snuff
movies.
Benjamin (Larry Bay) is a bible trusting man who has seen too much
evil, and now he goesout to stamp it out - in the most violent way.
Probably filmmaker Dakota Ray's best film so far, as it doesn't
concentrate just on the vileness of its characters but takes its time to
create the proper atmosphere, thanks to a very slick (yet not sterile)
cinematography, gloomy soundscapes and a laid back pace that makes the
whole thing less in your face - but still, the whole thing is an absolute
nightmare - as intended.
