webseries The Crawlspace, Frankenstein

The Crawlspace is an anthology webseries about monsters,
with this first episode focusing on the Frankenstein monster, via talking
head tributes to the creature, shorts about various aspects of the
Frankenstein mythology, and a mock newscast holding the whole thing
together, shot near the former lab of Frankenstein, where apparently
several people have disappeared ... a story that doesn't end well for our
field reporter. Now it has to be said, this first episode of The
Crawlspace was shot on low-to-no budget, and in places it shows.
But that doesn't mean it hasn't been done with all the love there is:
These people clearly love monster movies (and are quite knowledgable about
them, too, as she tribute segments show), and know how to make some witty
ones as well. So a monster fan will find plenty to laugh about (for all
the right reasons), to marvel at, or simply to be in on the joke in this
one. It's a loving hommage and should be enjoyed as that ...
