Young model Francesca (Ilaria Loriga) falls for rich businessman Leo
(Gianni Rosato) and is too naive to see that he's only playing with her
and is actually a notorious womanizer who knows exactly what to say to get
inside any girl's panties. Of course she plays hard to get, but for him
it's obvious from early on that he will "get" her eventually -
like on his business trip to Budapest, where he shows her all the most
romantic places, then during a party at the mansion he has rented, he
takes her to one of the bedrooms, and make no mistake, she's more than
ready ... One year later: Leo has to lay low, ever since Francesca has
disappeared back when in Budapest, but he can't keep himself from
womanizing, especially when pretty Emanuelle (Beatrice Schiaffino) falls
pretty much right into his lap. Of course, Leo plays his games with her,
but it seems Emanuelle anticipates every of her moves and is better at the
game than him - something that only makes him all the more eager. And
eventually he seems to get his price when Emanuelle invites him to her
home, leads him to a secret room with a two way mirror and let's him watch
her having sex with her girlfriend on the other side of the mirror. Then
she suggests some kinky bondage sex, and horny as Leo is he agrees to it
in a heartbeat - and realizes only when he's stripped, tied up and
ball-gagged that he has walked into a trap ... A nice erotic
mystery with a revenge twist to it, this film actually features not quite
as much sex and nudity as the name "Emanuelle" in the title
would suggest (this Emanuelle-movie is actually not a part of any of the
official series, nor with one or two "m") but instead banks on
interesting characters, well created character arcs, erotic tension and
ultimately suspense, with a definite S/M angle in the finale. This works
out because the directorial effort finds the right balance between
subtlety and letting it all out when necessary, making this a very
entertaining genre piece.
