Right after killing and mutilating a prostitute killer who tried to kill her using a knife she has hidden in her anus, a naked prostitute (Pavla Nicole) finds herself on the run from the mysterious phantom killer (Conrad Bismark), who eventually catches up with her and kills her in the most brutal of ways using a harvester in a cornfield.

The severed penis of the killed prostitute killer goes straight to the coroner (Dionne), a nymphomaniac who knows nothing better to do with it than use it as a dildo (a scene that would have been shocking if the severed penis looked in the least bit believable). Meanwhile, in the next room the phantom killer strips, ties up, humiliates and kills her superior (Maria Vaslova), then he comes after the coroner as well, ties her up, douses her in gasoline and makes her the center piece of her own death trap that's triggered to burn her alive once someone opens the door to her office. Sure enough, someone, the investigating detective officer Sylvia Nowak (Hana Liska) no less, does.

Sylvia is soon fired from the force though because she refuses to give her boss a blowjob - upon which she figures she'll just try and solve the phantom killer case on her own ... but the killer is much closer than she thinks, and soon he takes Sylvia's girlfriend Kasia (Kate Blond) captive, strips her, ties her up and throws her into a garbage container which is soon picked up by a garbage truck in which Kasia is torn to shreds.

Sylvia knows she's powerless against the phantom killer on her own, so she begs her boss to take her back, even strips naked to let him fuck her ... but he brutally spanks her instead. Eventually, Sylvia runs across the phantom killer rather by chance, when he has some violent fun with a prostitute (Stacy Silver). Sylvia is clever enough to call for backup, then she tries to arrest the killer. However, he makes her strip, blindfold herself and masturbate in order to save the hooker, and when Sylvia takes of the blindfold again, the killer is gone but the whole policeforce is here to watch her doing herself - and thus her career ends in shame.

And the phantom killer, you may ask?

Well, he got away of course, and kept the prostitute alive and chained up at his home - to torture after a long day of killing.

The Fantom Kiler movies were all pretty sleazy serialkiller films that tried to get away with as much as possible, but this one isn't just pushing the envelope anymore, it's entering porn territory big time: All women get naked, most are shaved, most spread their pussylips in plain sight and most get penetrated (repeatedly) by a variety of dildoes and the like in plain sight. Granted, there is no actual boy/girl fucking apart from a short non-explicit anal scene, but that does not really disprove my point, just sheds some light at the film's weird philosophy concerning intersexual relationships: Here, all women are always horny and more than ready to jump out of their cloths and present their vaginas on every occasion while all the men are rapists and murderers, and for some reason, most of them wear (unconvincing) facial masks for no apparent reason. But in the world of this film, the two sexes could never have sexual relations with each other, you just don't see that happening.

That all said, is Fantom Kiler 4 a good film? Hell no, but it hasn't set out to be, it just aims at one's lower instincts.

So did I enjoy Fantom Kiler 4? I wouldn't say I enjoyed it, I was appalled by its apparent message, the acting was weak, the storyline almost non-existant and the directorial effort showed only glimpses of inventiveness - but this film has a certain hypnotic effect on one, a bit like a car accident: You know it's ugly, you know you won't like what you see - but you just have to keep looking ... well, and at least most of the girls are pretty hot, and they all get naked.
