The harlequine-like headmaster Big Toenail of Satan (Paul Maki) and his staff of teachers have nothing to do but to torture and humiliate the girls in their highschool - but the highschool kids have one heroine who perpetually saves them from too much humiliation: Kekko Kamen (Chris Aoki), a girl who wears nothing but her mask, her boots, her cape and a scarf, whose tits are permanently exposed and who blinds opponents with her pussy - and she has the ability to appear from the most unlikely places.

First, it's biology class with a surgical mask wearing maniac for a teacher who wants to dissect a live cat. When Mayumi (Yumi Goto) saves the cat, that only means her teacher straps her to the operating table to dissect her - until Kekko Kamen comes to save her of course.

Judo class: The perverted teacher forces the girls to take off their bras for practice - so he can grab their tits. Again, Kekko Kamen intervenes, and even though the teacher tries to beat her with her own weapons and exposes his dick to her, she ultimately defeats him.

For the finale, Big Toenail of Satan has Mayumi flogged publicly, just to lure Kekko Kamen out into the open - and of course she shows up, and is almost defeated by a samurai the headmaster has hired for reinforcement, and is later almost forced to reveal her identity ... but everything ends happily nevertheless.

Ok, so you got a naked heroine (though her pussy is never actually shown thanks to Japanese law), lots of highschool girls forced to show their tits, and a harlequinesque baddie ... of course this isn't to be taken seriously. And the film doesn't take itself seriously, either, it seems to know exactly what it is, a silly, slightly childish sex comedy, and as that it works brilliantly. Simply put, the perfect party movie.
