The South Sea Queen (& this much is based on an actual Indonese legend) feeds on humans, by castrating them with a snake that's conveniently placed inside her vagina. "Is there nobody who can satisfy me", she hollers at her servants ... & in comes a macho man, dressed all in white, who not only is able to satisfy her, but he also pulls the snake out from between her legs, & it turns into a magic dagger. He claims the South Sea Queen as his wife, but she disappears into thin air, promising him to exact revenge on his great-granddaughter, a hundred years from now.

100 years from then (or the late 1980's if you prefer): Tanya, a female anthropologist has made up her mind to investigate the legend of the South Sea Queen at its original locations - that is, under water. But when she goes diving, she is all of a sudden tied to the South Sea Queen's underwater bed spreadeagled & a snake penetrates her ... seems Tanya has become the new South Sea Queen, or, if you prefer, Lady Terminator.

Lady Terminator soon emerges from the water in all her topless beauty, & immediately promises 2 drunk men a shag ... she of course forgets to mention that this shag does not come without castration. Later she checks into a hotel & castrates & kills a security guard, taking his machinegun as well. Being now well-equipped for all casualties, she sets out to look for the great granddaughter of the man who once has humiliated her .... & finds her in Erika, an up & coming popstar.

From now on, nothing stops Lady Terminator to track down & kill Erika, even if Erika has found help in cop Max, who along with his heavily armed friends throws everything at Lady Terminator but the kitchen sink ... & while nothing can stop her, bullets can slow her down at least long enough to get Erika out of harm's way (for a time).

Max brings Erika to the next precinct, where her grandfather shows up, giving her the magic dagger that their ancestor had pulled out of the South Sea Queen 100 years ago in form of a snake. It's pretty much the last thing granddad does, as Lady terminator soon enters the precinct too, & shoots him where it hurts ... & while she's at it she shoots pretty much everyone else in the precinct too, but again, Max & Erika can escape, & Lady Terminator returns to her hotel with slight injuries ... & an appetite for more penisses, as she soon shags & cstrates the bellboy, before doing an operatin on her own eye.

Max & Erika meanwhile head for an army training ground where Max has some friends who might have weaponry heavy enough to stop Lady Terminator ... & of course on the way there they have sex.

At the army training ground it turns out that missiles, tanks & helicopters are no match for our Lady Terminator & even a flamethrower only causes outward damage ... & actually gives her a new power: to shoot laser beams out of her eyes.

In the end, Lady Terminator has taken out all of Max's army buddies & knocked out Max ... when Erika remembers the dagger her gramps gave her, plunges it into Lady Terminator, & Lady Terminator disappears. Now that was easy !

It is obvious that the main influence of this sex-&-violence-hybrid of Oriental mysticism & Occidental action cinema was Terminator - & at least the English title doesn't even make an effort to hide it. Despite the similarities though - & the fact that Lady Terminator never comes close to Terminator on a quality level - the film somehow works as an enjoyably trashy actioner, complete with a suitably wild story, the customary pedestrian acting & atrocious 80's hairdos.
