One Christmas Eve, Santa Claus receives a letter from his doctor
telling him he has only one more day to live - which leaves him
understandably heavy-hearted. But then he remembers what always made him
happy, giving presents to children in need and putting smiles on their
faces. So he packs a bag of toys and his elves onto his reindeer sled to
take it for one more spin around the world ... A claymation
Christmas short that's old-fashioned in the best possible way: Its story
and message might be simplistic but also enjoyably innocent, its style is
very traditional and no frills, but that works very well with the story,
and while there's a cheesy element to it, it's not overdone and seems to
be almost inbaked with the Christmas theme anyhow. So in all a lovely
throwback to yesteryear's Christmas specials.
