When young Jill (Poppy Drayton) and Julia (Sierra Pond) check the
engine of their car at a gas station in the middle of nowhere, that
shouldn't be a big thing - and yet they're wolf whistled, catcalled and
verbally harrassed by two locals (Micah Fitzgerald, Ross Francis) about
double their size, so much so that Jill pulls a gun on them. Now she might
be armed but so are day. Thing is, Julia has a flute - and Jill has a
nasty surprise under her skirt ... A very well put together and
well acted horror miniature that's just so much fun to watch as it takes
what's basically a horror mainstay and puts a feminist spin on it, but not
so that the message distracts from its basic plot, that might do away with
any and all backstory and yet adds plenty of irony to the proceedings -
all of which makes for a really fun 7 minute watch. Snake
