Bedegraine (Lexsy McKowen) and Bravien's (Assia Lau-ren) relationship
has long come off its early high from being in love to a point where the
two only find things that annoy them about the erstwhile other and get
into one another's hair for the smallest things. So bad have things gone
of late that they've decided to pay a visit to a couple counselor, Doctor
Dee (Jerry G. Angelo). And despite Doctor Dee being a seasoned
professional, the conversation is going off the rails pretty soon. That
is, until the two women confess to one another how much they really want
to murder one another - and it soon becomes clear they actually mean it
... This one's actually really good fun, a very cleverly
written short with a twist ending one didn't see coming - and yet the film
doesn't hinge on its punchline alone but manages to well entertain
throughout thanks to a nice narrative flow and witty dialogue, all carried
by a subtle yet moody direction, and of course very solid performances by
all involved.
