It's New Years Eve, and a great party's going on, but Carolina (Silvia
Morigi) and Jill (Rotem Weiner) are forced to spend most of it on the
toilet because Jill had a little (well a lot) too much to drink and has
taken to puking a bit, and Carolina is too good a friend to just leave her
on her own. Time and again, other guests drop in on the girls, like sleazy
but likeable Mark (Nathaniel Ansbach) and almost too cute couple Britney
(Freya Lund) and David (Frans Dam). But when Carolina and Jill have an
alcohol-fueled heart-to-heart, it turns out that all these
"visitors" might be more than just chance encounters ... Now
there's a fun little movie: The premise is of course something most of us
have gone through at least once (though not everyone might want to admit
it or even remember), and fortunately this basic plot is played out
without silly exaggerations - though in a fun way still. What's so unusual
about this film though is that it really gets a good story out of what
could have been a single joke. And of course, a strong ensemble cast helps
with that. Definitely worth a look!
