FBI agents Cooper (Charles Orlando) and Bates (Sheldon Lee) are sent to
hick country to close down an illegal distillery, something not even the
local sheriff (Bert Davis) is happy about. The distillery owner (Paul
Mann) though is a clever man, so he lets his three lovely and permanently
horny daughters (Mary Martyn, Pat Waid, Jaylene Grabo) loose on the
federal agents to distract them - which works like a charm with Bates, but
Cooper turns out to be gay. Anyways, the girls eventually land in jail, a
lesbian deputy (Lynn Sela) tries to take advantage of them, but is later
raped into heterosexualism, the distillery is shut down eventually, and
everything ends in a double wedding. Don't know if it became
clear in my synopsis, but this is actually supposed to be a comedy - oh,
and a hardcore porn flick. It's just not too successful on either front:
On the comedy front, the whole thing just isn't funny enough, it's merely
made up of old clichées presented in the same pseudo-ironic manner they
have been shown way too often. That the lame jokes are not held together
by a proper narrative network doesn't help either, nor that nobody in the
cast seems to have a talent for comedy. Now as a porn movie, the film's
biggest problem is that some (but not all) of the scenes were obviously
shot softcore and the hardcore footage using body doubles was spliced in
only afterwards, and clumsily so - which gives several of the fuck scenes
a schizophrenic feel. Apart from that, at least in the male cast there are
quite a few specimens you really don't want to see in intimate situations. To
sum it up, not worth your while, even if you're really into vintage
erotica.
