Having finally & happily moved into her new appartment, wannabe writer
Daisy (Jessica Stevenson) has to realize she suffers from a severe writer's
block - which is all the more depressing since her flatmate Tim (Simon Pegg)
seems to get along with his drawing comics just fine. To get around this
problem she forces him to help her throw a housewarming party ...
The guests to the party however - Tim & Daisy's landlady Marsha (Julia
Deakin), their insane next-door neighbour Brian (Mark Heap) Daisy's best friend
Twist (Katy Carmichael), Tim's weapon possessed friend Mike (Nick Frost) &
the paperboy whom Daisy desperately tries to pick up even though he's not the
least interested in her - prove to be less than enthusiastic & the party
soon turns out to be a minor desaster, showing twentysomethings Tim & Daisy
how old they have become while upstairxs from their appartment, Marsha's
teenage daughter is throwing a party that is really rocking ...
Amusing, but at the same time depressingly realistic episode.
