Sapko and Irma move into a new house with their daughter Niken, not
knowing that it's haunted. Niken does feel some demonic presence though
and soon convinces her mother that something is not alright, but then
Niken is possessed by the house demon, and the new nanny, Laksmi, proves
to be in league with the demon as well. And the demon wants all human
inhabitants of the house killed, starting with Irma's second, unborn child, which
Niken under demonic possession kills by punching into Irma's stomach
repeatedly. Later she pushes her mother off some stairs to her death. By
this time, the house's gardener Dirgo, who's secretly also a white
magician, has figured out there's something evil going on, and when Niken
and Laksmi try to kill Sapko, he interferes, killing Laksmi and thus
forcing the demon to manifest, which he kills in a magic duel. Rather
average horror flick that's nevertheless quite charming in its naivety:
The plot is very basic, but wastes little time to tread out its story with
unnecessary explanations, the effects are not exactly state-of-the-art but
bring across the film's point, and the magic duel of the finale is so
ridiculous it's almost enjoyable. Don't get me wrong, this is by no means
a good film (in the original sense of the word) but an entertaining
one.
