Lena (Sola Aoi) is part of a group of strippers performing at a mostly empty house somewhere in the middle of nowhere, and they are less than certain their manager will ever pay them, but still he tries to trick them into prostitution from time to time - and Lena is klutzy enough to fall for it every now and again ...

Then the girl discover a door behind a curtain in their changing room, a door that leads to a basement full of occult stuff, including the fabled book of the dead. Truth to be told, the girls don't know all that much to do with the stuff, only one of them, Maria (Mari Sakurai), who fancies herself to be a performance artist rather than a stripper, starts chanting the spells from the book - and before you know it, the dead rise from their graves - to visit the strip club and go after the strippers. One of the strippers promptly falls prey to the zombies, Lena manages to escape with fellow strippers Ginko and Nene, who has been bitten by a zombie and slowly turns into one of them ... but Maria reads in the book some more and learns how to control the zombies and turns them into her army of the dead.

Lena, armed with a chainsaw, and Ginko, armed with a samurai sword, do their best to ward off the zombies and stay alive, but eventually they realize this is not enough, they need to return to the stripclub and put an end to it where it all begun, in the creepy basement. There, they have a final confrontation with Maria and her zombie hordes, made all the worse by the fact that Ginko has been bitten, turns into a zombie and shoots Lena - but only hits a metal hip flask that shields her heart. However, in the end it's not her who defeats Maria but the Blue Ogre (Minoru Torihada), a department manager from hell sent upstairs to fix the living dead problem ...

In recent years, with movies like Zombie Strippers, Zombies! Zombies! Zombies! and Stripperland, strippers have for some reason invaded the zombie genre to at best mixed results. Bit Tits Zombie now is the Japanese take on the genre-bending subgenre, and it's one of the more inspired genre entries, mainly because it self-consciously goes over-the-top with its story, remains unapologetic about the girls being strippers, keeps them in (and sometimes out of) sexy, revealing and also campy costumes all of the time, treats its silly story with all the comic disrespect it deserves, manages to be really funny at times, features quite a few quite inspired gore scenes, and all the action is actually well executed. That all said, the film isn't without its letdowns, the setup for its feeble plot lasts way too longsome fight scenes seem repetitious, and some of the characters could have used a bit more development.

But that said, as a party movie Big Tits Zombie is just as its title suggests (even if the title in fact is misleading, there is no zombie with big tits in the whole picture - then again, who cares?).
