As John (Mark Shannon) wants to build a holiday resort on the deserted Cat island, he hires skipper Larry (George Eastman) to take him there, & brings along high class prostitute Fiona (Dirce Funari) for the ride.
The triop though seems to be doomed before it has even started, as walkiing dead have shown up at the harour of their departure, & they are somehow linked to Cat Island.

Once on the island, our trio has to realize it is not quite deserted, an ld man & a mysterious woman, Luna (Laura Gemser) still live there ... but for some weird reason they cannot be caught on camera. Soon, some mildly spooky things start to happen, like our protagonists start hearing eerie sounds, but that doesn't stop John from finishing his job on the island. It is only when they want to leave that they realize the boat is broken, & there is absolutely no wind to take them away. Larry is sure it's the old man's fault, but when he confronts him, the old man merely gives him a good luck charm ...

John decides to make the best of the situation & fucks the brains out of Fiona, after all that's what he has brought her for, while Larry, not to happy to listen to all the sex-noises, especially since he has laid an eye on lovely Fiona himself, leaves the yacht to the 2 lovebirds & once ashore finds Luna ... & they have sex on the beac ... until all of a sudden, Luna is gone but Larry is surrounded by zombies (I hate it when that happens during sex, don't you ?), & only the old man's good luck charm can save him from being eaten up.

The next night: Since Luna has invited him to a night of sex, John leaves the yacht for the island , but instead of having hot steaming sex, he is attacked by zombies. At first he can fight them off, then Luna appears and gives him a blowjob with a twist, biting off his penis in the end. Then the zombies eat him up after all.

Looking for John the next day, Larry & Fiona have to instead gfight an army of zombies, with the good luck charm & with fire, & at long last they succeed, right before the coastal gart is arriving, finding them to have fallen into a sexual frenzy ...

The combination of the zombie genre & erotica might look well (or at least funny) on paper, but somehow at least in this film (as well as in Joe D'Amato's similar themed Porno Holocaust which he shot back-to-back with this one), the 2 genres just don't click: Much of the screentime is taken up by sex-scenes that just take the threat out of the living, walking dead, while the decaying zombies just don't serve the erotic aspects of the series too well. what remains is a successin of poorly linked horror & sex-scenes framed by a story that's only almost fun.

There are some hardcore sex scenes in this film, but neither Laura Gemser nor George Eastman perform in them.
