A couple on vacation in China: John is worried, because his wife (Kelly
Trump) cannot overcome her sexual inhibitions. What he doesn't know of
course is that one day in the bathroom, she is sexually assaulted by a
demon - and seems to like it quite a bit. John takes his wife to the
House of Love, a house that is to reveal all the secrets of oriental
lovemaking to them, and where they watch another (Western) couple having
sex. The wife cannot help but masturbate watching the two of them going at
it, and later that day, without her husband, she returns to the House of
Love, to have lesbian sex with two women. The next day, when John wants
to have sex with her, she claims to have a headache, but they go at it
anyways, and she seems to enjoy it quite a bit. Then they go to the House
of Love to watch yet another couple having sex before having sex, right
then and there, once again ... Generally, I prefer plot-driven
porn to gonzo porn, because you can (at least in the best examples) still
feel a filmmaker's intent in those - but sometime you just wish these
film's had better thought-through plots: Basicaly, I understand next to
nothing that's going on in this film: What's the exact meaning of the
demon? Why is it stated that the wife is full of inhibitions when she
starts to masturbate in public at the first given opportunity? Why is it
later again claimed she is full of inhibitions when she proceeds to have
sex with her hubby in the very same scene only moments later? And why is
it claimed the film is set in China when there are next to no Asians (one
might be) around anywhere? And what has the whole thing to do with the
Kamasutra? That all said, this film is certainly not the worst in porn
entertainment I've ever seen, it's elegantly filmed, has a certain
atmosphere to it, and the sex scenes are not so tiringly long and
interchangeable as in other films - though to really appreciate these
scenes, you might want to be a fan of Kelly Trump, who's in most of them
-, it's just that the movie really could have done with a better, more
conclusive script.
