Clownie (Josh Rutgers), a disgraced clown on probation, runs into Quan
(Terry Blackburn), a former redneck now trying out the gangster rapper
lifestyle, and after Clownie insults and pranks him clown-style, Quan
pummels him silly, until Daisy (Lauren Lehosky) interferes, claiming
Clownie's her father - and that might be truer than even Clownie would
like it to be ... Subtitled A
Sneak Peak from the Feature Film The HARD Life and Times of Clownie,
this short apparently only a part of the bigger picture (quite literally
there), and when watching this, you'll have to make some allowances on the
technical side of things as the film was made without a budget in place,
and thus not made with the most ideal equipment. But that aside, the
film's sure enjoyable, featuring a trio of colourful characters and some
wacky action, and the fun cast and crew must have had shooting this
clearly shines through, to a point that this one sure whets the appetite
for the feature film.
