Dennis Nilsen (Brian Welton Cook) is a lonely guy, with his only real
friend being his dog Bleep (Zack), so every now and again he picks up
homeless young men and offers them, food, a place to sleep, and even some
advice, basically just for their company - young men like Jack (Maxwell
Ferguson). Thing is, Dennis didn't do this out of pure altruism, he has
actually drugged Jack's food, and now that he's out it's fairly easy to
kill him. Why? Because Dennis liked Jack's looks, and now that he's dead
they can cuddle - though Dennis insists they don't go farther than that.
Thing is, Jack's body soon starts to rot and consequently fall apart - and
Dennis has only a faint idea how to effectively get rid of a dead body ... Now
Bleep: A Serial Killer's Dog is certainly not a film for everybody,
it's cynical in attitude and almost clinical in approach, meaning things
are very as is. And that's also why the film works quite so
beautifully, as in its no-frills attitude it's very shocking, sometimes
(intentionally) revolting even - and that's why it's so disturbing, and
the images will probably stay with you for quite some time - making this a
deliciously chilling movie.
