Robin (Richard O'Sullivan) is asked to help out in his college's
football team - about which he is really excited, & all of a sudden he
even has something to talk about with his landlord Roper (Brian Murphy)
... until he catches a wicked cold. However, his roommates Chrissy (Paula
Wilcox) & Jo (Sally Thomsett) do everything to get him back to health
... and despite their best (well, chaotic) efforts, he is back to his old
self on the day of the match. Only minutes before the match starts is he
learning he is not supposed to play football as in soccer, but football as
in rugby ...
Soon enough he has to be taken out of the game because of multiple
bruises & injuries ... & he is sent home to his girls to nurse him
back to health ...
The story once again might not sound like much, but good & funny
acting makes this episode worthwhile.
