Rachel (Sheppard) has just been dumped by her lover Lina (Romay), who
after all prefers her own husband over her ... and Rachel is heartbroken.
Then she discovers her across-the-street neighbours (Fata Morgana, Carmen
Montes) doing it pretty much all of the time in front of their open
window, and she can't help b ut watch and becomes more and more fascinated
with the two women's sexual games - and the women, who have long noticed
her watching, get more and more turned on just because they re being
watched ...
Eventually though, watching the two women fornicating only makes Rachel
feel her own loneliness all the more and she throws herself out of her
window to her death ... which pretty much spoils the two women#s sex.
I have to admit, I am and was always a big fan of Jess Franco, but this
one is clearly not one of his better films. Any attempt at an elaborate
plot (admitedly never Franco's strength) is thrown out the window before
the film even starts, and instead we are left with Fata Morgana and Carmen
Montes being at it constantly and Rachel Sheppard walking to and fro in
the nude. Now this all might not sound like too bad a film if you are into
erotica, but somehow the movie lacks inventiveness, originality and
over-the-top ideas that made so many of Jess Franco's other, better films.
Maybe Franco should have invested a little more time and effort in a
better script ...
