When Lister (Craig Charles) accidently presses the self destruct
button of the Red Dwarf & has to leave his body to a long dead
crew-member temporarily (some weird biotechnology that does make some
sense in the show) so that he can shut off the self-destruct again &
save the ship, that gives dead holographic crewmember Rimmer (Chris
Barrie) an idea ... to temporarily swap bodies - to bring Lister's
rather chubby body into shape ... or so he claims, as in reality jhe
just enjoys (unhealthy) living again. When Lister - now in Rimmer's holographic
almost-body - sees Rimmer treat his body even worse than he did, he
demands his body back, but Rimmer escapes in a shuttle instead,
crashlanding it on a nearby planet after a short chase though. Finally
Lister gets his body back, but Rimmer now has taken possession of Cat's
(Danny John-Jules) body ... Average episode that seems to be
not entirely thought through & has a disappointing as well as
predictable ernding, but is not entirely unfunny, neither. But neither
Craig Charles & especially Chris Barrie seem to be really capable
of playing each others role (& Barrie looks really stupid in
Charles' outfit).
