Schoolgirl/undercover cop Saki (Yuki Saito) is entrusted with the task
to have a watchful eye on co-ed Nanami, whose father, a gouvernment
official entangled in a corruption scandal, has just killed herself.
However, before Saki can even do anything, Nanami is already kidnapped.
Making investigations, Saki meets with Nanami's mum, who reminds her of
her own mum, who has been convicted for a murder she didn't commit - thus
Saki takes the case personally ... Saki poses as Nanami's big sister and
tells the kidnappers she has what they are looking for, a microfilm that
will expose everyone involved in the corruption affair, but the kidnappers
see through her bluff and she is tied up and thrown into a basement with
Nanami. Nanami tells Saki that she keeps the microfilm in a locket the
kidnappers were apparently unable to detect. After that, Saki manages to
free herself using her trusted Yo-Yo, and while she tells Nanami to bring
the microfilm to the next TV station, she herself listens in on the
kidnappers and learns that Nanami's dad did actually not commit suicide
but was killed because he wanted to expose a corruption racket, and the
man behind this is the powerful head of a big building company. Saki's
boss/mentor Kyoichiro (Koji Naka) now wants to pull her from the case, but
she insists on personally arresting the builder and his men, since through
Nanami's mother she has taken a personal interest in the case. What
can I say? This is probably not great television, but a police schoolgirl
fighting crime armed with a Yo-Yo can't be all bad, now can it?
